DESCRIPTION
The Inlet Catalyst Module (ICM) is a component of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system used in diesel engines. It is designed to reduce harmful emissions by converting nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen and water vapor. The ICM is located in the exhaust system and contains a catalyst that reacts with the exhaust gases to facilitate the conversion process. The part number 5287488 is specific to Cummins® engines.
