DESCRIPTION
A cylinder kit, identified by part number 5473404, is a set of components used in the engine of a truck. It typically includes pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, and cylinder liners. The purpose of a cylinder kit is to restore or improve the performance of an engine by replacing worn or damaged parts. The pistons move up and down inside the cylinders to create combustion that powers the vehicle. The piston rings help seal the combustion chamber and prevent oil from entering into it. Wrist pins connect the pistons to the connecting rods and allow them to pivot as they move up and down in the cylinders.
