DESCRIPTION
The Inlet Catalyst Module (part number 5509700) is a component of the aftertreatment system used in Cummins® commercial diesel engines. It is designed to reduce harmful emissions by converting exhaust gases into less harmful substances before they are released into the environment. The Inlet Catalyst Module is typically located near the front of the aftertreatment system and is responsible for converting nitrogen oxides (NOx) into nitrogen and water vapor.
