DESCRIPTION
The Drive Yoke, also known as the slip yoke assembly, is a crucial component in the drivetrain of a truck. It connects the transmission output shaft to the driveshaft and allows for movement between them as the truck navigates uneven terrain. The Drive Yoke consists of a splined shaft that slides into the transmission output shaft and a u-joint that connects to the driveshaft. Over time, wear and tear can cause damage to this part, leading to vibrations and potential failure.
