DESCRIPTION
A mandrel, also known as part number ST1219, is a cylindrical tool used in the manufacturing process of pipes and tubes. It is typically made of steel or other durable materials and has a tapered end. The mandrel is inserted into the pipe or tube during production to provide support and shape the interior diameter of the product. The diameter of the mandrel can vary depending on the desired size of the pipe or tube being produced. Once production is complete, the mandrel is removed from inside the pipe or tube.
