DESCRIPTION
A piston ring kit is a set of rings that are installed around the piston of an internal combustion engine. The rings help to seal the gap between the piston and the cylinder wall, preventing combustion gases from escaping and oil from entering the combustion chamber. The Cummins® Piston Ring Kit part number 3802258 is designed specifically for use in Cummins® diesel engines.
