DESCRIPTION
A piston ring set is a collection of rings that fit around the pistons in an engine. The set usually includes multiple rings, each with a specific purpose. The top ring helps seal combustion gases and prevents oil from entering the combustion chamber. The second ring provides additional sealing and stabilizes the top ring.
