DESCRIPTION
The Piston Oversized Kit, part number 4955550, for Cummins® commercial trucks, is a set of pistons designed to replace the original pistons in the engine. These oversized pistons have a slightly larger diameter than standard pistons, allowing them to fit into cylinders that have been bored out or have excessive wear. The purpose of the Piston Oversized Kit is to restore proper compression and efficient combustion within the engine, thereby ensuring optimal performance and reducing oil consumption.
