DESCRIPTION
The Piston Assembly Replacement is a crucial component of an engine, responsible for converting the energy generated by fuel combustion into mechanical power. The assembly includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin and connecting rod. The piston moves up and down within the cylinder bore, compressing air and fuel in the intake stroke and pushing exhaust gases out in the exhaust stroke. The piston rings seal off spaces between the piston and cylinder walls to prevent loss of pressure in combustion chambers. The wrist pin connects the connecting rod to the piston while allowing for movement during operation. Over time, wear and tear may cause damage to these components requiring replacement with a new Piston Assembly Replacement such as part number 5299938.
