DESCRIPTION
A Flat Head Cap Screw is a type of fastener used in heavy-duty trucks to secure components together. The part number for this specific screw is 3164545. As the name suggests, the head of this screw is flat and countersunk, which allows it to sit flush with the surface it's fastened to.
