DESCRIPTION
The Split Ring Seal (part number 156444) is a type of seal used in Cummins® engines. It is designed to prevent oil leaks by sealing the gap between the engine block and the crankshaft. The split ring seal is made up of two halves that fit together around the crankshaft, creating a tight seal that prevents oil from leaking out.
