DESCRIPTION
The Crankshaft Pulley, also known as a harmonic balancer, is a component in the engine that helps reduce vibrations and maintain balance. It is attached to the crankshaft and works by absorbing and dissipating the energy generated by the engine's rotating assembly. The pulley has two main parts: an inner hub that connects to the crankshaft and an outer ring with grooves for belts or accessories. This part number 207394 is specifically designed for trucks and ensures smooth operation of the engine while preventing damage to other components. Without a properly functioning Crankshaft Pulley, excessive vibrations can lead to premature wear on bearings, seals, and other critical parts of the engine.
