DESCRIPTION
The Speed Sensor (part number 2872359) is an electronic device used in Cummins® commercial trucks to measure the rotational speed of the transmission output shaft. It sends this information to the engine control module, which uses it to calculate the vehicle's speed and adjust the engine's performance accordingly.
