DESCRIPTION
The Starter Control Valve, also known as Part Number 154706, is an essential component within the starter system of a truck. Its primary function is to regulate the flow of power from the battery to the starter motor, allowing for smooth and efficient engine start-up. The valve is typically located near the battery and can be identified by its cylindrical shape and electrical connections. When activated by the ignition switch, it opens to allow a surge of electricity through to the motor, which then initiates combustion in the engine cylinders.
