DESCRIPTION
A pressure switch is an electrical component used in a truck's air brake system to monitor the air pressure and trigger warning lights or alarms if the pressure drops below a certain level. The 4065465 pressure switch is designed specifically for use in heavy-duty vehicles and features a durable construction that can withstand harsh operating conditions. It is typically located near the air compressor and may be connected to other components such as the governor or brake pedal valve. When the pressure falls below the set point, the switch will close, completing an electrical circuit and activating an alarm or other warning device to alert the driver of potential brake failure.
