DESCRIPTION
A thermo switch, also known as a thermal switch, is an electrical component that is designed to monitor and control the temperature of a system. The 700984 thermo switch specifically is typically used in trucks to regulate the temperature of the engine coolant. When the engine reaches a certain temperature, the switch will activate and turn on a fan or other cooling device to prevent overheating.
