DESCRIPTION
A Thermo Switch, also known as a thermostat switch and identified by part number C0309051700, is an automotive component that acts as a sensor to monitor the temperature of engine coolant or transmission fluid. Once the fluid reaches a predetermined temperature threshold, the switch triggers an electrical circuit to turn on or off cooling fans, heaters or other related components.
