DESCRIPTION
A Thermo Switch, also known as a thermostat switch and with part number C6008151770, is an electrical component used in the cooling system of a truck. It is responsible for turning on and off the cooling fan when the engine reaches a certain temperature. The switch is connected to the engine's coolant system and senses changes in temperature. Once it detects that the engine has reached its operating temperature, it sends a signal to turn on the cooling fan, which helps regulate the engine's temperature. When the engine cools down, it sends another signal to turn off the fan. The Thermo Switch plays an important role in preventing overheating of truck engines and ensuring their longevity.
