DESCRIPTION
A tappet roller pin lockwire is a wire that is used to secure the tappet roller pin in place in a truck's engine. This small but crucial component helps prevent the tappet roller pin from becoming dislodged during operation, which can cause serious damage to the engine. The lockwire is inserted through holes in the tappet roller pin and tightened to ensure a secure fit. Without this component, the tappet roller pin could potentially move out of place and cause significant harm to the engine's internal components.
