DESCRIPTION
A temperature probe cable is an electrical cable that connects a temperature sensor to an electronic control module. The cable is designed to transmit temperature readings from the sensor to the module, which then uses the information to adjust engine performance and emissions. The Cummins® temperature probe cable part number 3822991 is specifically designed for use with Cummins® engines.
