DESCRIPTION
A Threaded Plug, also known by its part number 2897878, is a small component used in trucks to seal off a threaded hole. The plug is designed with external threads that match the internal threads of the hole it will be inserted into. Once screwed in, it creates a tight seal that prevents any fluid or debris from entering the hole. Threaded plugs are commonly used in engine blocks and other components where threaded holes need to be sealed for various reasons such as preventing leaks or protecting against contamination.
