DESCRIPTION
A Threaded Plug, also known as a screw plug or threaded cap, is a small component that seals an opening in a truck's engine or transmission. The part is made of durable materials such as steel or brass and has external threads that match the internal threads of the opening it seals. The Threaded Plug is installed by threading it into the opening until it forms a tight seal. This prevents oil, coolant or other fluids from leaking out of the engine or transmission and keeps dirt and debris from entering sensitive components. The part can be easily removed for maintenance purposes by unscrewing it with a wrench or socket tool. The Threaded Plug with Part Number 3559132 is specifically designed for use in certain models of trucks and should be replaced with an exact match to ensure proper function and prevent leaks.
