DESCRIPTION
The Pressure Sensing Tube (part number 5418630) is a component found in many modern trucks. It is responsible for monitoring the air pressure within the vehicle's braking system. The tube is typically made of durable materials such as stainless steel or high-grade plastic, and it connects to both the brake chamber and the air compressor. As air pressure fluctuates during normal vehicle operation, the sensing tube provides valuable feedback to the truck's onboard computer, which in turn adjusts braking force accordingly. Without this important component, a truck's braking system would be unable to function effectively and safely.
