DESCRIPTION
A turbocharger is a component that increases the power output of an engine by compressing air that is then forced into the combustion chamber. The 3033556RX turbocharger is a specific model designed for use in trucks. It consists of a turbine and compressor wheel that are connected by a shaft, which spins at high speeds using exhaust gas from the engine. As the compressor wheel rotates, it draws in air and compresses it before sending it to the engine's intake manifold. This compressed air allows for more fuel to be added to each cylinder, resulting in increased power output. Turbochargers are commonly used on diesel engines where increased torque and horsepower are needed for heavy-duty applications such as hauling or towing.
