DESCRIPTION
The Turbocharger Diffuser, also known as the Turbine Diffuser or Exhaust Diffuser, is a component found in turbocharged engines. Its purpose is to slow down and evenly distribute the high-velocity exhaust gases flowing out of the turbine wheel. This allows for improved efficiency and increased power output from the engine. The diffuser works by expanding the exhaust flow area, which reduces its velocity and increases its pressure. The result is a more controlled flow of exhaust gases that can be directed towards the downstream components such as catalytic converters or mufflers. The Turbocharger Diffuser is an essential part of any turbocharged engine and helps to optimize performance while reducing emissions.
