DESCRIPTION
The Turbocharger (part number 5325739) manufactured by Cummins® is a device that increases the engine's power and efficiency by forcing additional compressed air into the combustion chamber. It consists of a turbine and a compressor that are connected by a shaft. As the exhaust gas flows through the turbine housing, it spins the turbine wheel, which drives the compressor wheel. The compressor wheel then draws in ambient air and compresses it before sending it into the engine at a higher pressure. This compressed air allows for greater fuel combustion, resulting in increased engine power output.
