DESCRIPTION
A turbocharger kit is a set of components that includes a turbocharger, exhaust manifold, intercooler, and other necessary hardware. The purpose of the kit is to increase the power output of a truck's engine by forcing more air into the combustion chamber. This specific kit, part number 5351663, is designed for use in certain models of trucks and includes all the necessary components for installation. The turbocharger itself uses exhaust gases to spin a turbine which compresses incoming air before it enters the engine. This compressed air allows for more fuel to be burned during combustion resulting in increased horsepower and torque.
