DESCRIPTION
The Turbocharger Kit (Part Number: 5604188RX) for a commercial truck, specifically the Cummins® make, is a component that enhances the engine's performance by increasing the airflow into the combustion chamber. It consists of a turbine and compressor wheel connected by a shaft, which is driven by exhaust gases. As the exhaust gases pass through the turbine, it spins the compressor wheel, compressing the incoming air and forcing it into the engine at a higher pressure and density.
