DESCRIPTION
A Turbocharger Kit (part number 5606423RX) is an aftermarket component designed to increase the power output of a diesel truck engine. It consists of a turbocharger, which compresses air and forces it into the engine's cylinders, allowing more fuel to be burned and generating more power.
