DESCRIPTION
The Turbocharger Actuator Kit, also known as part number 6374774RX, is a component used in diesel engines to control the turbocharger's output. The actuator kit consists of an electric motor and a linkage arm that adjusts the vanes inside the turbocharger. This allows for more precise control of boost pressure and ensures optimal engine performance. The actuator is controlled by the engine's electronic control module (ECM) and can adjust the vanes in real-time based on various engine parameters such as load and RPM. A malfunctioning actuator can result in decreased power, poor fuel efficiency or even damage to other engine components.
