DESCRIPTION
A Turbocharger Kit (part number 2881995) is a component that increases the power output of an engine by forcing more air into the combustion chamber. The kit typically includes a turbocharger, exhaust manifold, intercooler, and all necessary hardware for installation. The turbocharger uses the exhaust gases to spin a turbine which compresses incoming air and forces it into the engine at a higher pressure. This results in increased horsepower and torque output from the engine. The intercooler cools down the compressed air before it enters the engine, improving its density and overall performance. Turbocharger kits are popular aftermarket upgrades for diesel engines and high-performance gasoline engines.
