DESCRIPTION
A Turbocharger Kit, identified by the Part Number 3798328RX, is a component that increases the efficiency and power of a truck's engine. It works by forcing more air into the engine's combustion chamber, which allows for more fuel to be burned and for greater power output. The kit typically includes a turbocharger assembly, mounting hardware, gaskets, and hoses. The assembly itself consists of a turbine wheel and compressor wheel connected by a shaft that spins at high speeds. As exhaust gases flow through the turbine housing, they spin the turbine wheel which then powers the compressor wheel to force air into the intake manifold. This process is known as forced induction and can significantly improve engine performance without increasing displacement or adding additional cylinders.
