DESCRIPTION
The Turbocharger Kit (Part Number 4956101) for Cummins® commercial trucks is a component that helps to increase the engine's power and efficiency by forcing more air into the combustion chamber. It consists of a turbocharger unit, usually mounted on the exhaust manifold, which is driven by the flow of exhaust gases. As the exhaust gases pass through the turbocharger's turbine, it spins a compressor wheel, compressing the intake air and increasing its density. This compressed air is then fed into the engine's intake system, resulting in a higher air-to-fuel ratio and enhanced combustion. The Turbocharger Kit is vital for enhancing the overall performance and fuel economy of the Cummins® commercial truck engine.
