DESCRIPTION
A Turbocharger Kit, identified by its Part Number 5327368, is a performance-enhancing component for a truck's engine. This kit includes all the necessary parts to install and operate a turbocharger on the engine, which increases the amount of air flow into the combustion chamber for improved fuel efficiency and power output. The turbocharger itself is a compressor that uses exhaust gases to spin a turbine, which compresses the incoming air and sends it into the engine.
