DESCRIPTION
The Vacuum Pump Bracket, also known by its part number 3916218, is a component in a truck's engine that holds the vacuum pump in place. The vacuum pump is responsible for creating the necessary suction to power systems such as power brakes and HVAC controls. This bracket typically attaches to the engine block and provides a secure mounting point for the vacuum pump. Without a properly functioning bracket, the vacuum pump may not be able to provide adequate suction leading to reduced performance of these important systems.
