DESCRIPTION
A Check Valve is an automotive component with part number 4012225 that is used to control the flow of fluid or gas in one direction only. It allows the fluid or gas to pass through in one direction while preventing it from flowing back in the opposite direction. This is achieved through a spring-loaded mechanism that opens and closes the valve depending on the pressure gradient across it.
