DESCRIPTION
A valve tappet is a small cylindrical component of an engine that helps regulate the opening and closing of valves. The valve tappet is located between the camshaft and the valve stem, and when the camshaft rotates, it pushes against the tappet which then pushes against the valve stem to open or close the valve. The 4071615RX is a specific part number for a valve tappet used in certain truck engines.
