A Check Valve, also known as a non-return valve, is a component used in truck engines to allow the flow of fluids in one direction only. It consists of a valve that opens when the fluid flows in the correct direction and closes if there is any backflow or reverse flow. The Check Valve 4095901 is designed specifically for use in trucks and helps prevent the contamination of engine oil by stopping it from flowing back into the oil pump. This ensures that the engine oil remains clean and free from impurities, which can cause damage to internal components over time.
