DESCRIPTION
The Float Valve, also known by its part number AR8629, is a crucial component of a truck's fuel system. This valve regulates the flow of fuel into the carburetor or fuel injection system by controlling the level of gasoline in the float bowl. As gasoline enters the bowl, it raises the float which in turn closes off the valve once it reaches a certain level. This prevents excess fuel from entering and flooding the engine while also ensuring that there is enough fuel for proper combustion. The Float Valve plays an important role in maintaining optimal engine performance and preventing damage to other components within the truck's fuel system.
