DESCRIPTION
Valve stem seal is a small component that fits over the valve stem and prevents oil from entering the combustion chamber. It is designed to maintain the oil lubrication in the engine and prevent oil from being burned in the combustion process. The part number 3948578 is a valve stem seal manufactured by Cummins® for their engines.
