DESCRIPTION
A Water Bypass Tube is a component of a truck's cooling system that helps regulate the flow of coolant. It is typically made of metal and is designed to direct coolant around the engine block when the thermostat is closed, preventing overheating. The tube connects the thermostat housing to the water pump inlet and can become clogged with debris or corroded over time, leading to engine overheating or coolant leaks.
