DESCRIPTION
The Speedometer Gear Transmission Speed Sensor, also known by its part number MX002633, is an essential component of a truck's speedometer system. This sensor is responsible for detecting the rotational speed of the transmission output shaft and converting that information into an electrical signal that is sent to the truck's onboard computer. The computer then uses this data to calculate the vehicle's speed and display it on the speedometer gauge. Without a functioning Speedometer Gear Transmission Speed Sensor, the driver would not be able to accurately determine their speed, which could lead to safety hazards on the road.
