DESCRIPTION
The Urea Tank Assembly, also known as the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Tank, is a critical part of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system in modern commercial trucks. This assembly is responsible for storing and supplying the DEF, which is a non-toxic solution made of urea and deionized water. The DEF is injected into the exhaust stream, where it reacts with the harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) and converts them into harmless nitrogen and water vapor.
