DESCRIPTION
The starter (part number RM215097E) is an essential component of a truck's engine system. It is responsible for initiating the engine's combustion process by turning the crankshaft. When the ignition key is turned, an electrical signal is sent to the starter, which then engages a small gear to turn the engine's flywheel. This action causes the crankshaft to rotate, which in turn starts the engine. The starter requires a significant amount of electrical power to operate and as such, it is connected to the battery and charging system of the truck. Without a properly functioning starter, a truck's engine would not be able to start or run efficiently.
