DESCRIPTION
Idler pulley is a component of the engine's accessory drive system that helps to route the serpentine belt around various engine accessories. It is a pulley that is mounted on a stationary pivot point and is used to maintain tension on the belt. The idler pulley is designed to spin freely and reduce the amount of friction and wear on the belt. It does not have any direct connection to filters.
