DESCRIPTION
Chemicals with part number DCA50L are a type of diesel engine coolant additive used in heavy-duty trucks. It is designed to control cavitation erosion, protect against corrosion and scale formation, and extend the life of the engine's wet sleeve liners. It contains nitrite, molybdate, borate, and silicate compounds which work together to provide superior protection against pitting and erosion. This additive is typically added to the cooling system during routine maintenance intervals according to manufacturer recommendations.
