DESCRIPTION
Vented Cap DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is a component that is used in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system of commercial trucks. It is designed to prevent contamination of the DEF tank by allowing air to flow in and out of the tank, while keeping dirt and debris out. The part number 2513917C1 is a specific part number for this component. Wheel seals, on the other hand, are a separate component that are used to prevent lubricant from leaking out of the wheel hub and to keep contaminants from entering the hub.
