The 2019 Ford Expedition is a full-size SUV offered in several trims: XL, XLT, Limited, and Platinum. It features a powerful 3.5-liter EcoBoost twin-turbo V6 engine, generating 375 horsepower in most trims and up to 400 horsepower in the Platinum trim. The SUV is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and is available in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and four-wheel drive (4WD) configurations. It provides seating for up to eight passengers, with a generous cargo volume of 104.6 cubic feet, allowing third-row seats to fold flat for additional storage. Towing capacity reaches up to 9,300 pounds for the XLT and 9,200 pounds for other trims. Notable features in the Platinum trim include luxurious leather seating, a panoramic moonroof, and advanced safety technologies such as collision warning and pedestrian detection.
