DESCRIPTION
The Belt Tensioner (part number 3936206) is a component manufactured by Cummins® that is responsible for maintaining the proper tension of the engine's accessory drive belt. It is designed to automatically adjust the tension of the belt as it wears over time, ensuring that it remains tight and properly aligned with the pulleys. This helps to prevent slippage, reduce wear on the belt and other components, and improve overall engine performance and efficiency.
