DESCRIPTION
An engine piston kit, represented by part number 4309402, is a set of components that includes the piston, wrist pin, and piston rings. The piston is a cylindrical component that fits inside the engine cylinder and moves up and down during operation. The wrist pin connects the piston to the connecting rod and allows for movement between the two parts. The piston rings seal the gap between the piston and cylinder wall to prevent oil from leaking into the combustion chamber while also helping to transfer heat away from the piston.
